At the Sabin Vaccine Institute, I support digital communications projects that advanced vaccine access and global health education. My work includes writing and editing fact sheets, blog content, and internal resources, while also contributing to microsite integration and SEO strategy to strengthen Sabin’s online presence.

I led the development of two AI-powered chatbots—one designed to identify funding opportunities aligned with Sabin’s business development goals, and another created to analyze over 150 documents to help GAVI pinpoint knowledge gaps and strategic priorities. I also played a key role in training a third chatbot to align with Sabin’s preferred tone and optimize web content for SEO.​

 

As a communications intern, I contributed to paid social media campaigns, drafted Gold Medal Award nominations, and helped maintain media contact databases. I also supported performance tracking and internal content organization to improve access to strategic documents and engagement metrics.
